RWANDAIR Express joined the Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) Southern Africa on April 1, which should offer agents a more streamlined ticketing process. The airline had ticketing facilities previously in place, but joining the BSP will make the ticketing process simplier for agents. All Iata agents can now access automated ticketing for Rwandair Express flights. Refer to Travelinfo for special fares and more information. (Lucy Siebert)
