British Airways is redesigning its Heathrow lounges, with projects planned across Terminals 3 and 5.

A new lounge at Terminal 5 C Gates, scheduled to open by the end of 2028, will feature airfield views, dining and work areas, shower facilities and a 17-metre bar. A dedicated Concorde lounge will offer concierge services, dining and additional privacy for First customers.

The redesigned Terminal 5 Arrivals lounge is scheduled to open by the end of 2027. It will include a coffee bar and deli, dining areas, work booths, relaxation areas and 59 shower rooms. Club World passengers will have access to the lounge, while First passengers will also have access to a separate Concorde Arrivals area with private cabanas and dining facilities.

At Terminal 3, British Airways and American Airlines will open a First check-in facility this northern winter. The dedicated facility will be available to First passengers, British Airways Club Gold members and above, and equivalent American Airlines members.
